Welcome to Bayonet Farm!
Bayonet Farm is a one-of-a-kind property owned by Holmdel Township. The unspoiled 240 acres feature farmland, historic buildings, and barns acquired by Holmdel Township in 1985 through purchase with Green Acres funding assistance and partial donation by the late long-time resident, Laura Harding and her sister Catherine Harding Tailer.
Visit Bayonet Farm and you will experience the joys of being taken back in time to simpler days. The views on the farm are breathtaking. There are trails to explore and many places to stop and enjoy as you take in unspoiled views of open fields and meadows. Animals and plant life are abundant. The historic buildings make great subjects for the local artist or photographer. And there are yearly festivals and events which enrich the entire Holmdel community. This is a taste of Holmdel as it was in its early years, which is being actively preserved for us to enjoy today.
